100 Ukrainian-made ground drones were presented at the Brave1 defense technology cluster training ground.

This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, Mykhailo Fedorov.

The manufacturers tested medical evacuation and logistics platforms, strike drones, mine-clearing drones, and kamikazes.

Crash tests were conducted on difficult terrain with potholes, barriers, fallen trees, jumps, sand, and a water-filled moat.

In addition, the systems were tested for communication stability under the impact of enemy electronic warfare.

The drones were also tested for water resistance, speed and braking characteristics, and noise levels.

The tests were reportedly organized with the assistance of Colonel Andrii Lebedenko, Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

“Demonstration in conditions close to combat is a mandatory stage in the life of a development. Thanks to the training grounds, manufacturers understand what needs to be fixed so that there are no surprises during combat use,” minister Fedorov stated.

Previously, in early November, it was reported that four multifunctional ground systems developed by members of the Brave1 defense technology cluster had passed the Ministry of Defense’s codification.

In particular, the following systems have been codified: Tanchyk, Targan 2K, Targan 200 and Bureviy. The Minister briefly described each development.

Fedorov emphasized that each of these developments can save many lives: “The robots evacuate soldiers, deliver provisions, deploy and mine, and replace soldiers so that they do not become live targets for enemy drones.”

In total, the cluster members have already codified more than 220 developments. Thanks to Brave1, domestic defense technology developers have already attracted $25 million in foreign investment.
