Soldiers from the 59th Motorized Infantry Brigade demonstrated their assault of the 105-106 hill near Nevelske, in the Donetsk region.

The video of this battle was published by Yurii Butusov, editor-in-chief of censor.net, as reported by Militarnyi.

The events are dated August 23, 2023, and the exact geolocation of events was established by @lost_warinua volunteers who monitor the loss of equipment in the Russian-Ukrainian war.

According to their data, events occurred to the east of the village of Nevelske:

This information is confirmed by the DeepState interactive online map of hostilities in Ukraine, where changes were made regarding the control of the territory east of Nevelske on August 29 and 30, 2023, respectively:

According to the commander of the reconnaissance company of the 59th Brigade, this position is dominant in the defense of the brigade, and the enemy concentrated a lot of troops to keep it.

Three groups of soldiers were involved in the assault; they received the tactical names ‘Alfa’, ‘Bravo’, and ‘Charlie’. Each of them acted according to the task specified by the plan.

Their delivery was carried out by three HMMWV armored vehicles, one of which struck an anti-tank mine, but the crew and troops were not injured and continued the mission.

This confirms the reliability of this vehicle, which was used in many military conflicts around the world.

According to Yurii Butusov, in addition to Ukrainians, Americans and Canadians who joined the Ukrainian Defense Forces after the start of the Russian large-scale invasion on February 24, 2022, also participated in the assault.

To avoid detailing the assault actions, we recommend viewing videos with recordings from action cameras and drones, laid out in the chronology of events. This allows for a detailed evaluation of the coordinated work of the soldiers of the 59th Brigade.

The outcome of this operation was the capture of a significant hill near Nevelsky and the elimination of 22 fighters belonging to the Russian invasion forces.
