A kamikaze drone attacked a military unit in the Rîbnița district of the unrecognized “Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic”.

Local media reported on this.

The incident reportedly took place yesterday at 2:35 p.m., targeting the only radar in Transnistria, the P-12 Yenisei , which sustained minor damage after the strike.

Local residents posted a video showing a drone moving toward the military unit, followed by an explosion.

A crater was created at the crash site, and there were no casualties among the personnel.

A kamikaze drone attack on a helicopter

On March 15, Militarnyi reported that a kamikaze drone had attacked a helicopter on the territory of a military unit of the so-called “Pridnestrovian Moldovan Republic” at the Tiraspol airfield.

The drone’s flight to the military facility was recorded from the side of the road junction, which is locally known as the Kleverny Bridge.

The distance from the bridge to the landing site of the Transnistrian armed groups is about 6 kilometers.

According to the wreckage characteristics, the drone hit a helicopter that was equipped with unguided missiles.

Local Telegram channels report that the incident occurred at around 12:10 p.m.

A video capturing a helicopter being hit by a small drone that looks like an FPV was also released.

No casualties have been reported as a result of the hit, and the relevant emergency services immediately arrived at the scene.
