Belarus and Russia are to create joint military training centers
Lukashenko and Putin intend to create joint military training centers.
This was reported by the Belarusian propaganda telegram channel about Lukashenko’s activities “Pool Pervogo.”
They noted that Lukashenko agreed on a relevant agreement with the Russian Federation and signed an order to establish such military training centers.
At the same time, it was noted that the draft agreement was made as a basis for further negotiations between the defense ministries.
It is worth reminding that in early October, Lukashenko and Putin agreed to deploy a joint regional group of troops.
Subsequently, trains with Russian troops and equipment began to arrive in Belarus. Belarus officials announced 9,000 Russian troops to be due to arrive in the country.
In addition, together with personnel, about 170 tanks, up to 200 armored fighting vehicles, as well as about 100 guns and mortars with a caliber of more than 100 mm are being transferred to Belarus.
It is yet unknown when exactly the joint grouping of the troops of the Russian Federation and Belarus should be deployed.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine constantly records Russian military activity in Belarus. They emphasize that the so-called “Kadyrovtsy” arrive there with the Russian military.
In parallel, analysts of the Belarus Gayun monitoring group keep recording the transfer of equipment from Belarus to the Russian Federation. Basically, we are talking about Т-72А tanks, which are removed from storage.
It was also estimated that from March to September 2022, ammunition of 65,089 tons was exported by rail from Belarus to the Russian Federation.
