Ukrainian border guards captured a group of invaders in the eastern part of the frontline.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine published a video with captured Russians.

Three Russian invaders were captured by border guards of the Volyn detachment near Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region

The capture of enemy infantrymen took place after an unsuccessful assault by Russians on Ukrainian positions.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said that border guards of the Volyn detachment together with paratroopers were holding the line in this area.

“More than two dozen invaders challenged our defenders that day. Russians tried to storm Ukrainian positions under cover of heavy artillery and mortar fire,” the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine said.

Despite the enemy’s significant advantage in manpower, Ukrainian border guards and paratroopers did not allow Russian invaders to break through the defense and killed part of the invaders.

After the battle, Ukrainian soldiers were replaced by their comrades in arms.

“Subsequently, the border guards noticed three people approaching them, as it turned out – Russian military. They were immediately disarmed and taken prisoner,” the SBGS said.

All of the detainees turned out to be servicemen of the 10th Tank Regiment of the Russian invasion army: a rifleman and two privates of the NBC Protection Troops.

As previously reported, Ukrainian border guards recently destroyed four units of Russian towed howitzers at different locations in the Kharkiv region.

The kamikaze drones were operated by operators of the Steel Frontier brigade. They hit two 152 mm D-20 gun-howitzers, one 100 mm MT-12 Rapier anti-tank gun, and a 122 mm D-30 howitzer, although the latter is difficult to identify due to poor image quality.
