A batch of U.S. military equipment with Bradley infantry fighting vehicles for Ukraine has arrived in Germany.

The German newspaper Die Zeit reported about this.

The equipment was delivered to the German port of Bremerhaven by the Arc Integrity vehicles carrier.

During the unloading, Reuters journalists recorded M2A2 Bradley IFVs, AN/TWQ-1 Avenger air defense missile systems and M88A2 Hercules armored recovery vehicles.

As previously reported, the ship was transporting 60 Bradley IFVs. In total, Ukraine should receive 109 of these infantry fighting vehicles.

HMMWV four-wheel drive, military trucks, which the U.S. supplies to Ukraine on a regular basis, were also spotted.

It’s part of the United States’ $2.85 billion military aid deal announced earlier this year.

The U.S. Transportation Command on February 5 showcased the process of the loading of a batch of American fighting vehicles onto a ship at the port of Charleston in North Carolina.

Previously, Militarny reported that Ukraine would receive a more advanced and newer version, the M2A2 ODS-SA.

The M2A2 ODS (Operation Desert Storm) was developed based on the experience that the US gained during the war in Iraq in 1991 (operation “Desert Storm”).

Ukraine also, for the first time, will receive AN/TWQ-1 Avenger air defense missile systems, which are mounted on the chassis of the HMMWV vehicle.
