Come Back Alive Foundation transferred a batch of new mortars to the Special Operations Forces
Ukrainian volunteers have delivered a batch of new 120-mm mortars to the military.
The Come Back Alive Foundation reported that the shipment consists of 26 mortars.
The mortars were delivered to units of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
With their help, the Special Operations Forces cover their groups of soldiers during assaults or penetration into the enemy’s rear.
The Foundation also reported that the batch of 26 mortars cost UAH 26 million.
“Another confirmation that nothing is impossible for us when we are united for the sake of those who protect us,” the Foundation emphasized.
In Ukraine, the Come Back Alive Foundation holds a license to purchase weapons.
In March, the Foundation completed the delivery of 300 mortars to Ukrainian defenders.
Ukrainian volunteers also buy large-caliber machine guns and automatic grenade launchers for the Ukrainian military.
With this amount of weapons, the volunteers aimed to fully cover the Territorial Defense Forces’ urgent need for infantry weapons.
The foundation is engaged in transferring special sights for Mk 19 grenade launchers to the Ukrainian military.
These are sights that allow the Ukrainian military to fire American 40mm automatic grenade launchers from a closed firing position.
