Defense Forces of Ukraine neutralized enemy ammunition depots in Chornobaivka and Starytsi — OC “South”

The Ukrainian servicemen once again neutralized the ammunition, equipment, and manpower of the invaders in the southern direction.

In addition, the command post of the 247th Guards Air Assault Regiment of the 7th Guards Mountain Air Assault Division came under fire from the Defense Forces of Ukraine.

The Operational Command “South” reported about this.

“Missile and artillery units performed more than 230 fire missions, as a result of which the command post of the 247th Guards Air Assault Regiment of the 7th Guards Mountain Air Assault Division was hit, and enemy ammunition depots in Chornobaivka and Starytsi were destroyed,” the statement said.

The detonation of ammunition at the enemy’s ammunition depot in Chornobaivka continued throughout the day of August 21.

In addition, OC “South” emphasized that the combat aircraft of the Armed Forces of Ukraine struck five attacks on the concentration of enemy manpower and equipment.

“The enemy army has been reduced by 75 rocket launchers, one Giatsint-S self-propelled gun, two enemy T-72 tanks, and another six units of armored vehicles. The final losses of the enemy are still being investigated,” OC “South” representatives informed.
