Donors Provide UAH 30 Million Worth of Equipment to 22nd Mechanized Brigade
The 22nd Mechanized Brigade received comprehensive assistance from donors, including dozens of Sinytsia EW systems.
The cost of the transferred equipment amounted to more than UAH 30 million.
This was reported by the press service of the Come Back Alive Foundation.
The military received, among other things, reconnaissance and defense equipment against enemy drones, as well as radio stations.
Due to the contribution of NPC Ukrenergo, the specialists of the Come Back Alive Foundation managed to quickly purchase and deliver the equipment to the Ukrainian defenders:
- 83 sets of Sinitsa electronic warfare systems
- 100 thermal imaging and 50 night vision monoculars;
- 30 Mavic 3 quadcopters with thermal imaging and 30 with daytime optics;
- 70 Motorola radio stations;
- 34 laptops;
- 200 remote antennas.
In addition, the soldiers received charging stations, fasteners, cables, and components.
This equipment will allow the soldiers to see the enemy and fight back day and night, as well as to hide from enemy drones.
The cost of the comprehensive assistance received by the 22nd Mechanized Brigade is UAH 30,587,233.44.
The foundation noted that the total amount of assistance received by the 22nd Mechanized Brigade is UAH 133,242,654.26 due to Ukrenergo’s donations.
In December 2023, due to the joint efforts of the Come Back Alive Foundation and Ukrenergo, 15 new pickup trucks were delivered to this military unit.
Recently, Ukrainian philanthropists raised funds for the Yatagan School, which will train drone operators. The Come Back Alive Foundation stated it managed to raise UAH 33,000,000 as part of a joint initiative with PrivatBank.
In addition, UAH 171,000 was raised for the school by the readers of the Militarnyi, which joined the campaign in the spring.
