A fire was reported on the territory of the Yaroslavl Motor Plant in Russia.

The fire was reported to have occurred on the territory of the Yaroslavl Motor Plant on March 23.

This enterprise produces engines, including those for military equipment.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation, transformer oil caught fire over an area of 30 square meters.

15 units of equipment and 52 firefighters were involved in extinguishing this fire.

The department noted that the management of the Russian enterprise evacuated 218 people, and the rescuers saved 7 more people.

Yaroslavl Motor Plant produces vehicle diesel engines, mechanical gearboxes, and spare parts.

The engines produced by this company are also installed on military equipment, including armored vehicles of the Russian invasion forces.

On March 16, a severe fire occurred in the building of the Border Service of the Russian Federation’s Federal Security Service in Russian Rostov-on-Don.

According to the media of the aggressor country, this two-story building served as a warehouse of the regional border guard department, where ammunition was stored.

Eyewitnesses reported hearing the sounds of explosions, likely ammunition, near the building.
