Former Vice President of Gazprombank joined the “Svoboda Rossii” unit

Former Vice President of one of the largest banks of the Russian Federation “Gazprombank” Igor Volobuev joined the “Legion “Svoboda Rossii” (Freedom of Russia – ed.) detachment.

This is stated in the reported press service of the “Legion “Svoboda Rossii”.

The “Legion “Svoboda Rossii” detachment is formed in Ukraine from Russians who have expressed a desire to defend Ukraine.

Igor Volobuev left Russia after February 24 and supported Ukraine, as his father is still living in the Sumy region.

“Guys from Russia, if you hate the Putin regime and want Russia to become a free, democratic country – join us,” Volobuyev urged.

He has almost two decades of work as a PR officer at Gazprombank. It is the people of this profession who form the information field.

However, Volobuyev claimed that he was a victim of propaganda.

“In my example, we can understand the evolution of people in ​​Russia who are waking up,” – said Volobuyev

Recall that in early April, a briefing was held in Ukraine with the participation of representatives of the new formation of the “Legion “Svoboda Rossii”.

According to the commander of the detachment, the “Legion” recruited Russians and Russian soldiers who agreed to fight on the side of Ukraine.

Russian soldiers of the unit “Legion “Svoboda Rossii” recently began to receive Ukrainian military uniforms.

Also, Russian soldiers, in addition to the Ukrainian field military uniform, received patches of their detachment.
