In the Chernihiv region, police found an abandoned Russian ammunition storage
Ammunition from the abandoned warehouse will be handed over to the Armed Forces of Ukraine to fight the Russian aggressor.

The press service of the Chernihiv region police reported that criminal police operatives in the Borznyansk region uncovered abandoned ammunition storage of the Russian occupation forces.
The day before, officers of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Chernihiv Region Police together with the criminal unit of the Nizhyn Regional Police Department discovered storage used by the enemy troops in the amount of 170 120 mm mortar mines.
Police had identified the location of an improvised Russian ammunition depot upon working with the operational information received from the concerned local residents.
In one of the villages of the Nizhyn district (Chernihiv region), 65 boxes with 120 mm mortar mines (two in each box) and another 40 mines without packaging were found in an abandoned tractor mill.
The ammunition was produced in 1986.
At the moment, the process of transferring the discovered ammunition to the Armed Forces of Ukraine is ongoing.
Yesterday, on April 14th, Chernihiv and Sumy regions suffered the strikes from the territory of the Russian Federation.
The Russians used heavy weapons during the shelling of the city of Hrodna in the Chernihiv region.
Velyka Pysarivka, where the border checkpoint is located, was also shelled in the Sumy region.
