Invaders destroy State Border Guard Service building in Sumy Region

The enemy fired from its own territory at a village in the Shostka district of the Sumy Region.

The relevant statement was made by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.

Enemy shelling destroyed a local State Border Guard Service office.

The attack was executed from the Troebortnoe border checkpoint.

Several munitions were fired at the premises of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine unit. As a result, the building was completely destroyed.

The building was not used during Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. This facility was opened in 2015 to detain illegal migrants.

Russian troops regularly shell Sumy and Chernihiv regions. At the same time, the Head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration Dmytro Zhyvytskyi said that the night in the Region was peaceful.
