The Azov Battalion destroyed two Russian BMDs in Mariupol

On March 25, 2022, a unit of the Azov Special Operations Detachment destroyed two combat vehicles of the russian armed forces in besieged Mariupol.

The Militarnyi reports about it with reference to the Azov regiment.

Azov mortars hit the enemy equipment. In confirmation, the regiment showed a video taken from the drone.

According to Azov, the enemy equipment was destroyed without ruining civilian buildings.

“This morning, the mortar calculation of the Azov Regiment destroyed 2 BMD of the russian invaders with sniper fire. It should be noted that even though the russians are hiding among the houses, the soldiers of the Azov Regiment are deliberately destroying the enemy without ruining the civilian infrastructure,” Azov reported.

According to the unit, during the night of March 24-25, two enemy BMDs, five trucks, and twenty fighters were destroyed, and one BMDs was damaged.
