The next stage of the response forces examination has started in Belarus

The Ministry of Defense of Belarus is starting the next stage of examining its response forces.

The Ministry’s press service reports about this.

As part of this stage, weapons that are currently in long-term storage will be inspected.

“The peculiarity of this stage is the inspection of weapons, military and special equipment stored long-term in military units for combat, logistical, and technical support,” the statement reads.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that the Belarusian army is conducting intensive reconnaissance activity in the Volyn and Polissya areas. Additional units are also being deployed in the border areas of the Gomel region.

The Ukrainian servicemen emphasize that the threat of air and missile strikes coming from the Belarusian territory remains.

Since May 10, the General Staff of Belarus has been inspecting the executive committees of the Brest and Grodno regions on the formation of territorial troops.
