Three domestic state-owned enterprises start the production of FPV drones
Three domestic state-owned enterprises have already started producing FPV drones.
Yaroslav Oliynyk, Advisor to the Minister for Strategic Industries, announced this at the iForum conference.
For security reasons, he refused to disclose details.
“They are currently training staff and working to set up the purchase of components. I cannot disclose details for security reasons,” Oliynyk said.
Oliynyk stressed that the Ministry of Strategic Industries is working to scale up and develop the Ukrainian UAV market.

For this, they are exploring ways to partner with public and private manufacturers.
In addition, the localization of component production in Ukraine and cooperation with international investors, funds, and manufacturers are underway.
According to Yaroslav Oliynyk, preference should be given to Ukrainian manufacturers.
“In the general concept of the Ukrainian defense industry development, which Minister Kamyshin discussed, we must be guided by economic nationalism. Ukrainian producers must go forward,” he said.
Militarnyi recently reported that the AirUnit company specialists are developing FPV drones with a self-homing system.

Due to such a system, the FPV drone operator will need to lock on the target by selecting the object on the screen, then automation will enter into action.
Due to the features of the relief during diving, communication could be lost. Therefore, such a system would also help fix the issue of loss of communication and drone misses.
