Turkey exported ADVENT system for the navy of Ukraine

Turkish company HAVELSAN announced that ADVENT combat management system was exported to Ukraine.

Reported by Militarnyi with reference to the statement of HAVELSAN officials.

The head of one of the departments of HAVELSAN announced about export ADVENT CMS to Ukraine and Indonesia.

As known that the system is already exported to Pakistan. Thus, four different users, including Turkey, preferred the ADVENT system.

ADVENT is an integrated system of combat control with network data support, developed in accordance with the requirements of the Turkish Navy Command.

The new system in used on ADA and BURAK class corvettes, TCG Ufuk reconnaissance ship, Barbaros and Istanbul class frigates.

With this system, you can access the functions of tactical data channels (Link 11, Link 16 and Link 22, SIMPLE, JEAP and VMF), fully integrated with ADVENT through all operators console.

The system build on an architecture that contributes to the rapid and correct decision-making process of the command and provides a flexible structure in the use of new weapons and sensors.

Thanks to the open architecture structure, the system can be adapted to ground, underwater and air platforms, as well as used from ground platforms.

Recall that recently at the shipbuilding enterprise in Turkey began to assemble the Ada type corvette for the Ukrainian Navy.

The corvette for Ukraine is building quite quickly. Of the 27 blocks, 15 already welded to the body. The Turkish shipbuilders should finish some of its work earlier in the term, after which the corvette is transported to Ukraine for final completion.
