Ukrainian servicemen moved the frontline 15 kilometers forward, liberating three villages in the Donetsk region.

Currently, the villages remain in a “gray zone”, but they are in fact controlled by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Village names are not specified.

The relevant statement was made by the Joint Forces Task Force.

They emphasized that the enemy has an artillery advantage, but the Ukrainian soldiers manage to withstand it.

The information intercepted via radio by Ukrainian servicemen shows that the enemy is demotivated and disoriented.

“According to the interceptions, the enemy is very disoriented, morally exhausted, they do not know why they are here. That’s because there is no clear goal of their so-called “special operation”,” – says Andriy from the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

The enemy’s success is possible only because of their artillery advantage.

The servicemen emphasize that the Russians do not spare shells and open chaotic fire. Their main aim is to intimidate Ukrainian troops.

Ukrainian artillerymen fire back, but work precisely and accurately.

“Last time we hit two ammunition depots, probably with equipment. One completely burned out, the other was severely damaged,” a serviceman with the call sign “Ares” said.

Journalists drive down the road past some burnt vehicles. The servicemen told that one of the BMP-2 was destroyed by an NLAW anti-aircraft missile.

“All the crap they put on the towers does not help at all. That’s BMP-2, and its turret is somewhere in the next field,” a serviceman said.

There were practically no civilians in the area the Ukrainian servicemen entered, only a few elderly people remained.

Fighting in this direction of the Donetsk Region continues.

Previously, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi said during a conversation with the Chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley that the current frontline of the Russian-Ukrainian war stretches for 2,450 km, and 1,105 km of those are an area of active combat.

On the eve of the next defense ministers’ meeting to discuss Ukraine, Zaluzhnyi called on the United States to provide Ukraine with more artillery weapons.
