Ukrainian border guards destroy Russian MT-LB with drone in Kharkiv Region

Ukrainian border guards successfully hit Russian military equipment and personnel with a drone.

The State Border Guard Service of Ukraine reported about this.

The border guards dropped ammunition on enemy positions from a quadcopter.

The first strike hit a MT-LB multi-role light armored tracked vehicle, which is also sometimes used as a conventional armored personnel carrier.

The armored vehicle of the invasion troops was located in a camouflaged position in the forest.

Another ammunition was dropped from the drone on a group of enemy personnel near a water tower.

According to the border guards, at least 5 invaders were killed as a result of these strikes.

“The border guard drone found invaders’ positions in the Kharkiv Region and delivered explosive gifts to them. As a result, at least 5 corpses will be sent back to Russia. The Defense Forces of Ukraine will not leave scouted enemy positions unattended. To be continued…,” the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine announced.

For this mission the servicemen used ammunition made specifically for quadcopters.

MT-LB is a multi-role light APC. It is designed to transport manpower and cargo, and serve as an artillery tractor.

Some detachments used it to transport motorized rifle units however, it was not intended for such purposes.
