Ukrainian BTR-4 will take part in Combined Resolve exercise for the first time

Today, a joint mechanized company of the 92nd Brigade arrived in the Joint Multinational Training Center, Germany to participate in Combined Resolve 16 multinational exercise, reports Ukrainian General Staff press service.

For the first time, Ukrainian Armed Forces will be represented by a unit equipped with the latest models of national armored vehicles ˗ BTR-4E, BREM-4RM and BMM medevac vehicle.

Ukrainian infantry will operate as a part of American BLUFOR battalion.

Also, Ukrainian officers will be included in the intelligence, planning and logistics sections of the this battalion headquarters.

A unit from the Special Operations Forces of Ukraine will take part in Combined Resolve 16 as well.

It is planned to work out the planning and multinational units command and control during on move, deployment in pre-battle and combat formations, conducting defensive and offensive operations day and night.

The aim of the Combined Resolve multinational exercise is practical training and performing tasks in a multinational environment according to NATO standards and procedures.
