Ukrainian defense forces destroyed equipment and manpower on Zmiyinyi Island

For the second time within a week, the Ukrainian military struck at the invaders on Zmiinyi Island.

Operational Command “South” reported about this.

Three “Strela-10” anti-aircraft missile systems and a communication vehicle with telecommunication equipment were destroyed.

Ukrainian soldiers have also destroyed the enemy’s manpower.

“Besides, the world has become cleaner without 42 Russians,” the South Operational Command said.

In addition, the Command reported that the servicemen had destroyed the enemy “Repellent-1” electronic warfare station.

The “Repellent-1” is an anti-UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) warfare system developed by the Moscow-based JSC Scientific & Technical Center of Electronic Warfare.

Its purpose is to suppress unmanned aerial vehicles at a distance of up to 30 km. It is mounted on the MAZ or KAMAZ chassis depending on the customer’s requests.
