Ukrainian defense forces had cleared out Rudnytske – 60 km East of Kyiv

On March 28th, 2022, the Defense Forces of Ukraine had cleared the Rudnytske village, Baryshiv district (Kyiv region).

Militarnyi reports about this.

Civic activist Serhiy Sternenko stated that the “Honor” Subdivision was involved in establishing the control over the settlement. He published a photo of the servicemen that are led by Serhiy Filimonov.

The “Revenge” Volunteer Battalion had also participated in the liberation of the Ukrainian village from the russian invaders. Volunteers have published a video near the Rudnytskyi administrative building.

Nolan Peterson, a journalist, had tweeted that the fighters from the International Legion of the Territorial Defense were also involved in the operation.

Rudnytske is a village in the Baryshiv district, situated over 60 kilometers away from the center of the Ukrainian capital. The settlement is located near the village of Lukyanivka which was liberated a few days earlier.
