Ukrainian forces in the south captured several BMP-3s

The Defense Forces of Ukraine have captured modern armored vehicles of the Russian military.

This is stated in the report of Andriy Biletsky, the first commander of the Azov Regiment.

Russian military IFVs were lost in the southern direction.

It was reported that the 1st Battalion of the Azov Special Operations Forces was involved.

The photos show two BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles.

Armored vehicles are designed to transport personnel to the front edge, increase its mobility, armament and protection on the battlefield.

Probably, armored vehicles have been captured relatively intact and can quickly get into the line of duty of Ukrainian forces.

Also Ukrainian servicemen reported that the Russian military tied a pig, stolen from civilians, to the armored vehicle.

“It is especially touching that the Russian degenerates-liberators stole a pig in the Ukrainian village and tied it to BMP-3. But they did not get on time for lunch,” the report said.

The infantry fighting vehicle BMP-3 is armed with a 2А70 100mm gun, 2А72 30mm autocannon and a 7.62mm PKTM machine gun.

Now in the Zaporizhzhya region, the Russian military is preparing for an offensive.

Also, in the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia and Kherson region there is an increase in the number of so-called “commandant’s service.”
