Ukrspecsystems’ drones to be produced under license in Poland
Ukrspecsystems has licensed the Polish defense industry to produce its advanced drones.
Militarnyi reports on this.
A Ukrainian defense company has started cooperating with Polish ALS Systems.
ALS Systems received licenses to produce SHARK, MINI SHARK, and PD-2 reconnaissance drones.
Ukrspecsystems will assist with technology and expertise, and the Polish company will manufacture the drones at its plant in southern Poland.
Ukrspecsystems notes that this step will help it conquer new markets in the future and popularize Ukrainian unmanned systems.
“ALS Systems becomes the exclusive representative of UKRSPECSYSTEMS in Poland,” Ukrspecsystems said.
The Shark multifunctional unmanned aerial system is designed for a wide range of missions.
With these drones, Ukrainian artillerymen search for Russian equipment and positions and aim artillery systems at them.
The drone provides fully autonomous reconnaissance, surveillance, clear identification, and recognition from a long distance and at high altitudes.
The PD-2 drone is also capable of detecting targets and adjusting fire on them deep behind enemy lines, both on land and at sea.
This reconnaissance drone has a controlled flight radius of up to 180 km and is equipped with an optical observation station with 30x zoom for the daytime channel and 5x zoom for the thermal imaging channel.
