72nd Brigade neutralized Т-80BV tanks and BMP Basurmanin

In the Vuhledar direction, the Ukrainian military neutralized tanks and armored vehicles of the Russian infantry.

A successful combat mission was carried out by the soldiers of the 72nd Mechanized Brigade.

The Russian military used the Т-80BV main battle tanks during the battle.

The invaders also involved a BMP-1АМ Basurmanin infantry fighting vehicle in the offensive, which received a 2А72 30mm gun with a combined sight, a PKTM 7.62mm machine gun, and a 902В Tucha system during the modification.

The soldiers of the Black Zaporozhians Brigade managed to neutralize two T-80BV tanks and a BMP-1AM and completely destroy another armored vehicle.

“Our modest contribution to the statistics of the demilitarization of the horde,” the Brigade noted.

The situation in the Vuhledar direction continues to be difficult but controlled.

Oleksiy Dmytrashkivskyy, spokesman for the Tavriya Defense Forces, said that Russian troops stormed Ukrainian positions 43 times in the last 24 hours near Vuhledar.

“Today, the enemy has somewhat stepped up. In the Vuhledar direction, the Russians conducted 43 assault attacks on our positions. As of 6 p.m., two assault attacks are still ongoing. Today, artillery and MLRS of the enemy operated very actively. In particular, the enemy fired at our positions 211 times. However, the Russians suffered heavy losses today. The killed and wounded Russians count up to more than two companies,” Dmytrashkivskyy said.

Today, Vuhledar is the southern fortress of the eastern front and the site of fierce hostilities.

Russians are trying to enter the city with constant assaults, but the Ukrainian military repels these attacks.

Recently, the Ukrainian military defeated another armored group of Russians in the Vuhledar direction.
