An oil depot is on fire in the Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation
At night, a tank with petroleum products caught fire in the village of Volna, Temryuk District, Krasnodar Krai, Russian Federation.
Photos and videos from the scene were published on social media.
The local authorities did not comment on the cause of the fire.
Veniamin Kondratyev, governor of the Krasnodar Krai, noted that the fire was classified at the highest severity rating.
“According to preliminary information, there are no casualties,” he wrote.
All emergency services are on site, there is no danger to local residents.
The village of Volna is located on the Taman Peninsula, on the coast of the Black Sea.
At the same time, local social media groups reported that explosions were heard before the fire started.

Recently, an oil depot near Kozacha Bay was on fire in occupied Sevastopol.
The occupation authorities reported that a drone strike caused the fire.
