Armed Forces of Ukraine knock out Russian equipment near Rivnopil village

The Ukrainian military hit several Russian armored vehicles near the village of Rivnopil.

The village is located at the junction of the Donetsk and Zaporizhzhia regions. On the left and right sides of the village, there are settlements under the control of Ukrainian forces.

Near the village, the unit of Magyar demonstrated its combat work; he has shown several times destroyed equipment in the direction of Velyka Novosilka.

On the night of June 25, Ukrainian intelligence discovered a vehicle moving along one of the roads in the direction of the village of Rivnopil.

The R-18 unmanned combat aerial vehicle with eight propellers was chosen for the attack. It is capable of carrying several explosive devices at once to drop them on the enemy.

The military said that only one R-18 managed to hit three infantry fighting vehicles and a Russian truck.

It is worth noting that the R-18 is capable of dropping RKG-3 anti-tank grenades or RKG-1600 bombs created on their basis by gunsmiths at the Mayak plant.

The power of these grenades is capable of neutralizing a lightly armored object with an attack from above.

The second damage to equipment also occurred in this direction. Ukrainian aerial intelligence in the ‘Aeronauts’ group showed damage to the MT-LB armored personnel carrier with ammunition.

“Destruction of the Russian MT-LB with ammunition. A powerful secondary detonation,” the aerial intelligence stated.

As previously reported, on June 24, Deputy Minister of Defense Hanna Maliar announced that the Armed Forces of Ukraine launched an offensive in several directions simultaneously in the east.

To date, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in three directions: Melitopol, Berdiansk, and Lyman.
