Russia reports a drone attack on a military aviation training center.

The ASTRA Telegram channel writes about this and publishes a video from the scene.

It is reported that the UAV attack on the aviation training center in Borisoglebsk, Voronezh region, took place on the night of April 9.

Two unidentified drones were used in the attack, which the Russians tried to shoot down with small arms.

According to the Russian Telegram channel, both drones exploded, damaging the building’s facade and windows. It happened around 4 a.m. local time.

The Borisogleb Aviation Training Center named after V.P. Chkalov was hit.

The air base is home to Yak-130 combat and training aircraft, used to train Russian combat pilots.

The published footage captured the sounds of small arms fire and traces of tracer bullets flying in different directions in the night sky.

The video footage also captured a flash and the sound of a powerful explosion.

Another video shows a drone flying over the heads of eyewitnesses of the Russian security forces, which is being fired at, probably with assault rifles or machine guns.

At the same time, Alexander Gusev, the region’s governor, claimed at night that one UAV was allegedly neutralized by electronic warfare. However, the Russian official did not specify what exactly was attacked by this drone, and whether this was really true.

Militarnyi previously reported on a mass drone attack on the Morozovsk military airfield on the night of April 4-5. The fighter-bombers that strike Ukraine are based there.
