Explosions recorded near occupied Sevastopol
Explosions were heard near the occupied city of Sevastopol.
The Crimean Wind Telegram channel reported on this.
The explosions occurred after the announcement of an air alert on the territory of the temporarily occupied peninsula.
Local residents report explosions in the area of the Nakhimov Naval Academy, Balaklava, and Kaya Bash heights.
Russian propagandists report drones in the skies over the peninsula and the active work of air defense units.
According to their information, two aircraft-type drones were destroyed over the Black Sea near Orlovka, as well as one drone in the area of Victory Park.
Nevertheless, according to local residents, a fire broke out in some parts of the city due to the fall of UAV debris.
It is worth noting that one of the strike’s targets was probably the Kaya Bash heights, where the Russian military base is located. From there, the Shahed kamikaze drones were launched.
Russian media report several waves of drones totaling about 40 units, as well as the use of Neptune, Storm Shadow, and an unknown type of ballistic missile.
There are no reports of damage to military infrastructure, as Russian media outlets have been sticking to the rhetoric that all missiles were shot down and the wreckage set off fires.
Militarnyi previously reported that on the night of November 20, attack UAVs attacked a Russian arsenal in the Novgorod region.
The attack was recorded at about 2 am Kyiv time in the village of Kotovo, where the 13th Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Defense Ministry is located.
Russia’s 13th Arsenal is located almost 700 kilometers from the Russian-Ukrainian border. This ammunition depot of the Russian army has a total area of about 3 square kilometers.
