In Kherson, ex-MP-traitor Oleksiy Zhuravko was neutralized

Oleksiy Zhuravko, a former Member of Parliament of Verkhovna Rada’s 5th and 6th convocations was killed in Kherson as a result of a strike in a hotel.

It is noted that the Russian media also reported on Zhuravko’s death. Collaborator Kirill Stremousov stated this as well.

An explosion took place in the Play hotel. The death of one more person was also reported.

In addition, according to the report of the so-called Russian journalists, a film crew of the propaganda RT was living in the hotel.

Oleksiy Zhuravko was a politician from Kherson. In 2006 and 2007, he was elected as a People’s Deputy from the “Party of Regions” to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine. Journalists also note that Zhuravko had friendly relations with Vyacheslav Savchenko, former Head of the SSU in the Kherson region, and Valery Lytvyn, who previously headed the Regional Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Kherson region.

Oleksiy Zhuravko fled Ukraine in 2015.

“Most” journalists had also reported that there is information about the companies registered in Zhuravko’s name financing the so-called “DPR” and “LPR” in 2014-2015.

He had also probably abused alcohol and did not perceive reality at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation adequately.

Zhuravko returned to temporarily occupied Kherson at the end of April 2022. He himself did not receive a position, but his uncle became the Gauleiter of the Oleshkiv community.

As previously reported, on September 16, explosions took place in Kherson near the building of the regional state administration and the Court of Appeal.
