Indian Company Involved in Supplying Sanctioned Equipment to Russia’s Defense Industry
The Indian company Park Controls & Communications helped the Russian EMT obtain sanctioned equipment from Europe.
InformNapalm reported on this.
The Indian company placed orders for sanctioned equipment in Russia, which was then used by the Russian defense industry to produce weapons.
During the orders of this equipment, India was listed as the end user, but as part of the conspiracy, the transportation was directed to another country.

According to the publication, in addition to the products themselves, the Indian company provided software keys for them and duplicated all its correspondence with European manufacturers.
The company EMT itself positions itself as a supplier of equipment for ground and flight (range, operational) testing of products in the aerospace, shipbuilding, automotive, radio electronics, and other industrial sectors. Despite this, due to constant information leaks, the company was sanctioned by the United States only in October 2024.
Meanwhile, both the Indian company PCC (Park Controls & Communications) and the Russian EMT did not hide the fact that their clients included military organizations, particularly the Russian Ministry of Defense.
One such instance of cooperation occurred in September 2023, when the Zenit-Investprom company from Krasnogorsk (Russia) made an agreement with EMT LLC to purchase foreign equipment and additional services for a total of 59 million Indian rupees. The transaction was processed through Sberbank India and was carried out in Indian currency.

The ordered equipment was the IRCOL Collimator stand, manufactured by the French company HGH Infrared Systems. According to the manufacturer’s website, the IRCOL stand is a testing device designed to evaluate the characteristics and test the functionality of various electro-optical systems, including visible and near-infrared cameras, night vision devices, thermal imagers, laser rangefinders, as well as multi-axis targeting systems.
Supplies of such devices to Russia from the French company do not take place, so the order was made through a third party, with the Indian company PCC acting as the main purchaser.
As InformNapalm discovered, the delivery of the collimator stand was delayed due to damage during testing in France, and the final transfer to Russia took place in December 2024, after the United States had already imposed sanctions on EMT LLC.

The equipment was transported by the Volga-Dnepr Airlines from Bangalore to Moscow. After that, Nikolai Ludin, CEO of EMT LLC, shared photos of the equipment he had received with the Indian side.
In addition to India, China and a large number of shell companies are also involved in supplying sanctioned equipment to Russia.
Militarnyi previously reported that Chinese companies that supply servos for UMPC and Shahed UAV planning modules to Russia illegally use the name of the Taiwanese company TRC to avoid sanctions.
