Soldiers of the 501st Marine Battalion stopped a Russian assault in Vyshnevka, the Kursk oblast.

A video of the combat operation was sent by the Griffin501 UAV unit on Telegram.

The footage shows a group of Russian infantry without the support of armored vehicles trying to storm Ukrainian positions.

However, after Ukrainian marines used FPV drones, Russian soldiers retreated with losses.

Russian infantry, according to OSINT researcher EjShahid, tried to advance in the village of Vyshnevka, the Korenivka district in the Kursk oblast.

Ukrainian rocket artillery also hit enemy concentrations with cluster munitions.

The defeated enemy units were amassing in order to prepare for the assault on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

A video from the Ukrainian military shows enemy forces amassing near a pontoon crossing over the Seim River in the Kursk oblast, after which the group is hit with two cluster munitions.

The surviving military personnel of the Russian Federation moved to cover and did not disperse, but rather gathered again, after which their position was struck again.

As previously reported, the Ukrainian military managed to detect and destroy a Russian Zemledeliye minelaying system in the Kursk region. This Russian mobile mining system is designed to quickly create minefields in particularly dangerous areas.

The Russian vehicle was detected by Ukrainian drones near the pontoon crossing of the Seim River.

The Ukrainian military used the American HIMARS system to destroy the Russian system. The GMLRS rocket struck a Russian position containing a minelaying vehicle, causing its ammunition to detonate and scatter in various directions.
