Russians lost military equipment in Kherson region, video evidence published
A video from the airfield in Chornobaivka appeared on the web. It recorded the destroyed equipment of the invaders.
The video was posted on BlueSauron’s Twitter account.
The footage recorded up to two dozen pieces of destroyed equipment – trucks, IFVs, MT-LBs and tanks.
The entire airfield was not shown in the video; rather, it focused on a single area with a cluster of equipment.
Three affected tanks can be seen among the destroyed ones in the video, which are likely T-72. One of them tore off the turret.
The BMP-1 and the Russian army’s MT-LB, both with the designation “Z,” are also visible on the frames.
There are about 10 different trucks on the published frames, some of them also having Russian markings.
A truck with unknown devices, which have not yet been identified, is also captured on the footage.
OSINT researchers of Ukraine Weapons Tracker published a video with a destroyed radar for the BUK air defense system on the territory of the airfield in Chornobaivka.

Exactly when this technique was destroyed is unknown. Ukrainian forces hit the accumulation of equipment at the airfield dozens of times during the occupation. During one such strike, at least five helicopters were destroyed simultaneously.
At the same time, before the liberation of the right bank of the Kherson region from Russian troops, the occupiers withdrew their equipment from the airfield.
Satellite images were published, where the situation was recorded as of October 27. The photos record numerous trenches and caponiers that remained after the Russians. They are also visible in the published videos.
Chornobaivka is an airfield near Kherson. The distance from the AB to the city center is less than 10 km. On the territory of Chornobaivka is the Kherson international airport and the home base of the 11th Army Aviation Brigade of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Russian army occupied Chornobaivka on February 27, 2022.
The Russian Armed Forces used the airfield for army aviation. Also, ammunition depots were organized here for Russian units on the right bank of the Dnieper.
