Soldiers of 92nd Assault Brigade Successfully Storm Russian Positions in Kharkiv Region
The soldiers of the 2nd Assault Battalion “Medoyid” of the 92nd Assault Brigade conducted successful assault operations in the Kharkiv region.
The video was released by the battalion’s press service.
“A Medoyid (honey badger – ed.) always defends what is his, sometimes at the cost of his life. Without fear or hesitation, he faces enemies that may be stronger. With persistence and precision, the honey badgers of the 92nd Brigade are reclaiming, inch by inch, what has been ours for centuries from the pig-like invaders. We are defending what is ours. This is our heritage. This is our home. This is our future. We are fighting, and we will win,” the statement reads.
The video shows how two domestic BTR-4E armored personnel carriers, protected by volumetric anti-drone “grills,” land a group of infantry.
It can be seen that the “grills” had insignia on the top, most likely used for recognition by drones.
After the landing, the soldiers began assault operations with the support of bombers.
In addition, the footage shows Ukrainian attack aircraft “smoking out” the enemy from the basement using hand grenades.
Combat missions of the 92nd Brigade
Militarny recently reported that the brigade’s soldiers repelled an attempt by the Russian invaders to attack Ukrainian positions in the Kharkiv region.
Early in the morning, the invaders attacked with three armored vehicles.
The Russians used two BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicles and one T-72 tank, which moved from the territory of the Russian Federation in the direction of Ukraine.
Ukrainian artillery, including cluster munitions, FPV strike drones, and drones equipped with drop capabilities, targeted the invaders’ armored vehicles.
As a result of successful coordinated combat work, Ukrainian defenders defeated the Russian invaders’ armored group.
