The locations of all Russian railroad substations at a distance of 250 km from the border with Ukraine were published online.

Analysts from the Ruski Brucken group created the map.

The map was developed to help neutralize the Russian logistics infrastructure used in the war against Ukraine.

Analysts noted that there are about 100 non-civilian railway substations on the map.

“All Russian railroad power substations within a 250 km radius are within easy reach, so a caveman can easily find a $10 million site anywhere in the target area in minutes,” Ruski Brucken’s analysts commented on the map.

These substations are used to reduce the electrical voltage and further convert the current to transmit it to the overhead line to provide electricity to electric locomotives.

In recent years, explosions at Russian power substations have been very frequent.

In early March, Ukrainian intelligence officials, commenting on the explosion at power substations in Russia, said that the responsibility for the degradation of Russian infrastructure lies with the Russian authorities.

According to the intelligence officers, there are caring citizens in Russia who cannot tolerate Putin’s dictatorship and are doing everything they can to free their country from it.

Therefore, the Russian government is responsible for what explodes on its territory.

In 2023, it was reported that the Security Service of Ukraine was behind some of the attacks on the substations.

For these operations, Ukrainian forces engaged strike and reconnaissance drones.
