Ukrainian troops destroyed the Russian Buk-M1 rocket launcher

Ukrainian defenders destroyed the TELAR of the Buk-M1 SAM system on one of the areas of the front line.

The video of the 14th Regiment of Unmanned Aviation Systems captures a Ukrainian drone first detecting the Russian Buk-M1 launcher in a field near a forest.

A camouflaged Russian air defense position was located between the trees, but it was discovered.

After that, using an unmanned aerial vehicle, the Ukrainian military identified the location of the Russian Buk launcher and hit it.

According to the video, high-precision rocket artillery munitions, possibly HIMARS, were used to hit the TELAR.

After a direct hit, the anti-aircraft missiles detonated, and the solid-fuel engines burned powerfully, emitting a large amount of thick smoke.

A Ukrainian drone was observing the attack, and its camera recorded the successful strike by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

According to the footage, the Russian Buk-M1 SAM system was significantly damaged, leading to its destruction. There may have been some casualties among the crew of the Russian vehicle.

In recent months, the Ukrainian Defense Forces have increased the number of strikes on Russian air defense systems in various directions, as evidenced by videos published by the military.

For this purpose, Ukrainians use various means – from missiles with cluster warheads to attack drones of various types.

In particular, air defense systems are destroyed on the territory of the Russian Federation. Recently, the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed a Russian Buk SAM system in the Belgorod region.
