Russia announced evacuation from the right bank of the Dnipro

Kherson Kherson Region War with Russia

The occupation administration formed by the Russians in the Kherson region calls on civilians to evacuate to the left bank of the Dnipro.

This was stated by Volodymyr Saldo, a collaborator, whom the Russians call the “governor”.

In his October 18 statement, he announced a “large-scale offensive” by the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Saldo claimed that since a major battle would be unfolding on the territory of the region, the civilian population will be brought to the left bank.

Saldo claimed that the Ukrainians could go to Russia, where they will receive temporary housing from the aggressor state.

Another collaborator Kyrylo Stremousov mentioned that the “battle for Kherson” will start in the near future. He called on Kherson residents to quickly “evacuate” from the right bank.

The topic of Kherson on Russian television was voiced by the Russian General Sergei Surovikin, who commands the invasion of Ukraine, at the same time as the statements of local traitors were released.

Surovikin also announced the upcoming Ukrainian large-scale offensive.

“Further actions regarding Kherson will depend on the military and tactical situation, which is challenging, and difficult decisions are not excluded,” Surovikin warned.

Surovikin also announced his intentions to relocate Ukrainians to Russia under the program of the Russian Federation government.

Invader Surovikin and collaborator Saldo had simultaneously voiced the topic of the planned strikes on the civil infrastructure of Kherson, along with the intention of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to destroy the dam of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Station with a missile strike.
