RVC in Belgorod Oblast captured 25 soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces

In the Belgorod Oblast, soldiers of the Russian resistance captured 25 servicemen with an officer of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Russian Volunteer Corps, said that a senior lieutenant had been captured by them.

The soldiers also showed the interrogation of the captured officer, who said that he had been the commander in the engineering company of the military unit 54708.

According to the prisoner, during the task of mining the territory, his car came under fire from the RVC.

Russian senior lieutenant Aleksey added that everyone who was with him had died during the task.

“I was the only one alive, and I was taken prisoner,” the Russian military said.

In addition to the officer, the Russian Volunteer Corps showed more than two dozen prisoners who were placed in three cars.

The commander of the RVC, Denis Kapustin, noted that the statements of the Russian authorities about the loss of Russian resistance members are not true.

“All statements of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation about the full destruction of the RVC forces are another lie. A limited military operation in the Belgorod and Kursk Oblast continues and here is confirmation – a new batch of captured military of the Russian Armed Forces,” said Denis Kapustin.

As previously reported, on March 12, an information appeared that Russian volunteers on the side of Ukraine began a joint operation in the Belgorod and Kursk Oblast.

In the formation, the Freedom of Russia Legion said they had been coming to “free Russians from poverty and fear.” The Sibir Battalion reported that “they began to fulfill the promise to overthrow the criminal dictatorial regime in the Russian Federation with weapons in hand.”

On March 14, the Russian resistance called on residents of the Kursk and Belgorod Oblast of Russia to urgently evacuate in connection with a limited military operation.
