The Russians have killed 29 local civilians since the beginning of the invasion, according to the Donetsk Regional State Administration.

Pavlo Kirilenko, the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, reports on civilian casualties caused by Russian aggression in the region. Russian occupiers killed 29 people and injured 127 more between the 24th and the 27th of February. They are all from the Donetsk region.
As of 10 a.m. on February 27, there has already been one victim in Toretsk, Donetsk region. In Sartan, one person was killed and three others were injured.
