The Security Service of Ukraine discovered documents of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation with information about its collaborating agents.

The department’s press service reported about this.

The seized papers include the agents’ handwritten “commitments” about confidential cooperation with the FSS, cases of intelligence studies, reports on the enemy mission results, and “search protocols” in the housings of the Kherson residents.

The invaders left piles of papers on the territory of the local garage cooperative.

“Due to the exposed materials, it was established that enemy henchmen were providing the invaders with the “tips” on the whereabouts of Ukrainian patriots, namely members of the resistance movement in the territory of the southern region,” the SSU reported.

These agents also participated in the illegal prosecution of local residents through fabricated cases.

“Documented facts of abduction and torture of victims, as well as looting of their homes under the guise of “searches” were revealed,” the SSU emphasized.

The aggressor’s allies were recruited by the FSB personnel who were part of the “VOG-8 temporary operational group”. Representatives of this particular group were involved in coordinating the reconnaissance and subversive activities in the south of Ukraine.

The materials were removed and sent for examination within the operational activities and further search for new Russian intelligence networks.

Stabilization actions in the liberated territory of the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions are ongoing.

The SSU has released instructions for local residents on how to report collaborators.

Separate hotlines operate on the territory of the Kherson and Mykolaiv regions:

– Kherson region: +38 068 132 98 76
– Mykolaiv region: + 38 051 253 22 23

The SSU also operates an all-Ukrainian hotline: 0 800 501 482, e-mail: [email protected]

The Security Service of Ukraine guarantees anonymity to those providing relevant information.

As previously reported, on November 14, the SSU detained a Russian soldier in Kherson, who was disguised in civilian clothes. He remained in the city to collect information about the Defense Forces of Ukraine and commit sabotage.
