Russian troops lost yet another ammunition depot in temporarily occupied Luhansk.

This was announced by the Head of the Luhansk Regional Administration Serhii Haidai.

The weapon stock destruction in the invasion army’s depots is intended to slow down their advance.

According to Haidai, the enemy is using aviation, as well as barrel and rocket artillery against the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the Luhansk Region, trying to break through to Siversk and Sloviansk from the Lysychansk side.

The Head of the Regional Administration emphasized that the enemy’s attempts to break through have been unsuccessful so far. The Russians are also trying to advance from Popasna.

“Reports of the invaders losing ammunition warehouses come daily. The most recent one is from Luhansk. Their ammunition supply chain is disturbed, but these losses are yet to become critical – the Russians have too many reserves,” Haidai said.

On the night of July 11, several explosions were reported in occupied Luhansk. Those were followed by a fire and ammunition detonation.

Immediately after the release of this information, local residents started posting on social media about Ukrainian troops striking Russian army’s ammunition depots in the temporarily occupied city.

According to them, loud explosions were heard across the city. Luhansk is located approximately 80 kilometers from the frontline.

Local social media accounts also posted videos featuring an occurrence resembling a launch of anti-aircraft missiles at air targets.

Eyewitnesses claimed that the “missiles” hit the military warehouses. People were convinced that the military facility was targeted. However, the occupation administration of the city claims that it was the work of their own “air defense” system. And allegedly they even managed to “shoot down” something in the sky.
