The Azerbaijani military discovered multiple rocket launcher systems based on the 2P24 Krug TEL in Nagorno-Karabakh.

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense noted that the installation was made in an improvised way.

It is made based on a 2P24 Krug self-propelled medium-range anti-aircraft missile system.

Two Soviet anti-aircraft missiles were installed on TEL. Presumably, due to a shortage of these missiles, Armenian forces decided to convert the vehicles into rocket launchers.

For this purpose, the MD-24F jet-exhaust spinned rocket launcher was chosen.

These projectiles were created for the Soviet М-24 multiple rocket launcher.

MD-24F weighs 150 kilograms and can hit targets at a distance of up to 18 kilometers.

Also, during the inspection of the territory in Nagorno-Karabakh, a workshop was discovered where homemade devices for war were made using impromptu methods.

“A significant number of homemade mines that can be transported by drones, as well as other explosive devices made by artisanal methods, were discovered in the workshop,” the Azerbaijani military reported.

In particular, a towed installation equipped with 12 anti-tank grenade launchers was discovered.

The unrecognized Republic of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) will cease to exist on January 1, 2024. Samvel Shakhramanyan, “Head” of Nagorno-Karabakh, signed the Decree on this.

Artsakh’s surrender took place after the September anti-terrorist operation conducted by Azerbaijan. Shahramanyan’s decree states that the decision was made “in connection with the military and political situation.”
