The military of the Defense Forces of Ukraine demonstrated them destroying the Russian military equipment with the help of the HIMARS and MLRS precision missiles.

The video was published on social media.

It is noted that the fire of Ukrainian gunners has been adjusted by the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine operators.

SOF operators used the unmanned reconnaissance aircraft to detect cluster sites, convoys, and personnel of Russian invader forces, and transmitted their positions to Ukrainian units armed with Western HIMARS and MLRS rocket artillery systems.

The calculation of data and the launch of precision missiles were likely carried out directly after targets were found. This is confirmed by the footage of the hits to moving targets.

The video recorded strikes on Russian military equipment: Msta-S self-propelled artillery systems (ACS), Grad multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), and trucks with ammunition and enemy personnel.

There are reported cases of HIMARS crews working continuously for 37 hours.

According to the Ukrainian military, this happened during the late August offensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region.

Back then, four launchers of M142 rocket missile systems hit 120 targets during a day and a half of continuous combat mission.

This allowed Ukrainian forces to break through the Russian line of defense in the Kherson region and reach new frontiers.

American-made М142 HIMARS wheeled landing gear artillery missile systems carry six GMLRS missiles or one MGM-140 ATACMS tactical ballistic missile. The M270 MLRS tracked launcher can use 12 GMLRS missiles or two MGM-140s in operation.

These systems are designed to defeat areas of concentration of artillery systems, air and fire support equipment, cargo transport, combat vehicles, and armored personnel carriers, as well as to provide fire support to their units and support equipment.
